For new clients, I always recommend a 3-month / 6-session minimum a it should be viewed as an investment in yourself that requires a certain level of commitment.

Life can throw unexpected curveballs, and I understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full session fee unless I can fill the slot with another client.
If you're running late, please reach out via email, phone call, or text message. I'll wait for 15 minutes past our scheduled time, but if I haven't heard from you by then, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
If technical issues disrupt our session and it's on my end, you won't be charged for the lost time. If we can't extend the session on the same day, we'll make it up in a future session, offer a refund, or provide a credit. However, if the disruption is on your end, such as a dead battery or internet problem, you're expected to honor the financial agreement for the scheduled session time.

I help guide people where they need to go for growth and are afraid to go on their own. So, my coaching work is beneficial for anyone who feels stuck or blocked and seeks support in progressing towards their true callings. However, you must be in a place where you feel that you can show up regularly and with enthusiasm, as consistency and commitment are crucial factors in navigating the path forward.

I have been teaching yoga for many years and have found that it enriches much of the work that I do as a coach, by promoting physical and mental well-being, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering mindfulness. It helps individuals connect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and manage stress more effectively. Integrating yoga into life coaching sessions can deepen self-reflection, improve focus, and empower individuals to cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life.
That being said, it is not a requirement when working with me as a coach, it is simply a tool that I have come back to many times in my own journey.

I have over 30 years of formal training in life coaching – including a BA in Psychology from UCLA, a Coaching Certification from IPEC, and 15 years of experience with Mona Miller, training in her somatic approach – but my expertise truly comes to life through my embodied practice. I not only share my knowledge but actively engage in the work myself, ensuring authenticity and depth in my coaching approach.
