What is a call? It can come in many forms and usually, it awakens something inside of us to live in alignment with who we are on a soul level.

We can only change what we acknowledge and understand, so let's start to hear the fear and feel the hurt so we can process it and grow something new.

Don't edit as you go, just let it flow and see what comes out. It helps us bring buried thoughts and feelings up so we can feel and heal old wounded stories.

I often find that music helps to solidify life lessons, so I include a song for each Chapter so that you’ll have a soundtrack that inspires you to chase your call once you’ve finished the course.

When it comes to living out our calling, we can get blindsided by our unconscious fears. The fears raise their heads like little gremlins, whispering words of insecurity that can derail us from our course.

Now that we are in the driver’s seat, let’s take a look at who likes to pop in and take control. The callings that we heed also need support and direction with patience. One of the things that can take us off our path and get us stuck is EGO.

Mistakes are not wrong or bad, it is our judgement of them that blocks our understanding.

To criticize is easy, to understand takes effort. When our critical voices are activated it does not feel good, so often we can displace them onto others by projecting our hurts and fears without taking accountability for our pain.

What does it mean to discern rather than judge? Think about it for a moment. You can write it down if that helps.

We are well versed and taught to focus on the shortcomings of ourselves and others, which keeps us coming up short on pursuing our callings. This energy leak dissipates our attention and we can be left feeling tired and unfocused. Let's shift our gaze toward what grows you and guides you to hear your callings.
